We are very confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations.

All items are inspected prior to shipment. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier.

Shipping Policy

  1. United Parcel Service is our standard carrier for most orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. United States Postal Service is used for other items not shipped via our standard carrier.
  2. Standard ground transportation is included in the cost of the product. Alternative delivery options are available at an additional charge. Our shipping charges are based on standard United Parcel Service (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.
  3. Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by United States Postal Service.
  4. In stock items usually ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday approximately 2:30 pm CST.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the material produced, one-time purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. Your access, privileges and/or delivery will continue to the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund.
